Huge Explosions At Naval Base In Cyprus

On 11 July 2011, huge explosions in Evangelos Florakis Naval Base at Zygi, Cyprus killed at least 12 people and wounded dozens other. USS Mason In Bodrum

On 9th July 2011, the Arleigh Burke  (Flight IIA) class destroyer DDG-87 USS Mason arrived for a 3 day visit in Bodrum, Muğla. The small touristic town Bodrum is becoming a favorite visit destination for US Navy. USS Stout was there for a 3 day port visit in May.
