HMCS Gatineau in Istanbul on 29th October 1992. She was Canada’s contribution to NATO’s STANAVFORLANT. She was decommissioned in 1998 and scrapped in 2009.

In Portland, Oregon on the Willamete river berth I visited HMCS Gatineau. It struck me that Canadian sailors wore green uniforms at the time. I believe the only navy with green dress uniforms. This was June, 1978 during the rose parade.
