











The northbound passage of the Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group 2 provided a change from the usual Russian landing ships. The task force made her northbound passage as well as Russian auxiliary cargo ship Dvinitsa-50 and Alexander Otrakovski. On the other hand, Azov, Minsk and Yamal made their southbound passage through Turkish Straits.

BTW, “Zeneny Dol” carries cruise missiles (Kalibr class). This is the first occasion for the current Russian operation in Syria not counting the long range attacks from the Caspian Sea from similar ships.
