>Raytheon Co. said on 9th September 2009 Wednesday, that it received a $19.3 million contract from the Navy to provide MK54 lightweight torpedo hardware to the U.S. and Turkish navies.
Under the contract, the company said its Integrated Defense Systems division will deliver 241 MK54 kits, including 100 that will be sent to the Turkish Navy through a foreign military sales agreement.
